Meet Victor G. Carrión, M.D.

Dr. Victor G. Carrión is the John A. Turner, M.D. Professor and Vice Chair of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University and Director of the Early Life Stress Program.

The Presentation will introduce:

  • Stanford's Cue-Centered Therapy [CCT].
  • A school-district wide prevention program, with yoga and mindfulness.
  • How key brain alterations, as related to Traumatic Stress, informed CCT
  • CCT integrated elements from CBT with other empirically validated interventions for traumatized youth.
